Manage the baptism event from beginning to end. The coordinator communicates with the event team coordinator and the volunteer and creative team members to plan, execute and clean up after baptisms. He or she will also submit requests to church leadership a few weeks in advance and coordinate with Guest Services about baptisms planned and which services they will be performed in. This coordinator will ensure the baptism pool is assembled and disassembled by the team and oversee the day of activities.

Responsible for either the assembly or disassembly of the baptism pool. This two-hour job will need to be done between the end of prior Sunday service and Wednesday by 6:30 pm. Disassembly needs to be between the end of the baptism service Sunday and Monday at 5 pm.

Escort those being baptized to and from the stage and to a place to change after baptism.
